PSA Completed Yet Another Regression Testing Project

Following the successful running of regression testing for the first version of customer’s railway interlocking CPU boards, PSA tested the second version of the system's firmware.

It was a complicated piece of work and a new experience for our QA team. Aside from the regression testing itself, engineers performed test cases definition based on the requirements documentation. During tests execution, a number of issues were uncovered and resolved, such as manual memory allocation, rebuilding of VectorCAST environment, restoring of missing connections to a function and so on.

To ensure the quality of testing process and consistency of each step taken during various QA-related projects, the “Testing Procedure – Road-map” document was created. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the results of work performed by PSA’s team.
