PSA to Add Support of High Availability Layer to PTC

PSA has started a new project aimed to add support of High Availability (HA) layer to the Class D protocol for wayside devices for the Positive Train Control system, which helps to eliminate single points of failure during data transmission between wayside equipment and back office.

Within the scope of this project PSA will implement an additional layer for a Class D network communication protocol, develop the corresponding configuration web page to manage additional settings for the HA protocol, add the support for the HA layer settings to the PTC application builder software and perform testing of the developed functionality.
