One-Week Onsite Visit for User Interface Requirements Definition

PSA was just awarded a project to go onsite and help a customer determine their requirements for centralized monitoring and diagnostic system’s interface. This system is used to maintain and troubleshoot customer’s railway interlocking product and was originally developed by PSA engineers. The customer wishes to extend the UI capabilities to provide a number of new screens that will display a larger picture of a rail system and the status of interlocking units.

The one-week onsite visit is aimed at information gathering, and will be followed by 3 weeks offsite to finalize a functional specification document.
